Traditional
home cooking will highlight the rural traditions and the richness of the
gastronomy of the region: bread and home made pasta, pizza, barbecued
steak and dressed pork products.
The
guests are invited to be involved in the preparation of jams, sauces and
liquers, from mulberries, blackberries, currants, quince, sour cherries,
grapes, rabina, walnuts, ratafia, fennel, cornelian berries, juniper
berries, and more.
Pork
is cured on site in the preparation of ham (prosciutto),
salami, bacon and sausages.
L'Aperegina has
plenty of guest carparking and offers hospitality in the seasons of Spring, Summer and Autumn.
