Service Charter of Laperegina

We present you with this service charter for Laperegina farm holiday, providing our guests with information on our commitment to you.

Laperegina is a green oasis in the middle of the three national parks of Abruzzo.

You will be warmly welcomed by us (Marino and Elide) who live on the farm.

You will arrive as guests but leave as friends.

We really enjoy spending time with our guests, making them feeling at home while they rediscover inner balance and enjoy our impressive selection of healthy and organic food.

Please enjoy a complimentary drink on your arrival as we give you greater insight into the history of our farm and share our philosophy.

We believe in human values.

-No deposit is required at reservation.

-Accommodation price is the same from May to September.

-Check-in is after 3 p.m..

-Check out is after breakfast, but we are flexible with schedules.

-A large outdoor parking area is available.

-Wifi is available.

-Breakfasts and dinners are served at a large communal table.

-Breakfast includes various jams, marmalade and honey, fresh fruit juices, bread baked in wood oven, freshly baked cookies and cakes, home made yogurt , seasonal fruit, tea, coffee and milk.

-Visual boards displays evening meals and the weather forecast with expected temperatures and chance of rain.

-Dinners include aperitif, a starter, a main dish of our culinary tradition, various side dishes and cheeses and salami tasting. Saturdays’ pizzas are cooked in wood oven.

Maps will show the location of the farm and its surrounding parks. These will illustrate the wonders of this unknown region, including the last few kilometres to reach us (despite the conditions of the road) .

A selection of maps, guides and photographic books about this beautiful area are on display and available for guests to browse.

We are happy to assist our guests in creating itineraries based on individual interests and requirements. This may include, visits to churches, markets and festivals in the surrounding villages.

We enjoy sharing with you information about agricultural production and the local businesses which surround us. At times guests may also be involved.

Respecting our environment is paramount. We follow environmentally friendly practices such as lowering our consumption of water and electricity and using effective recycling procedures.

We eagerly share information about our solar panels, our hot water system and the installation and collection of rainwater.

All guest are covered by insurance. This will be explained and guests will be informed on distance to local amenities such as pharmacy, doctor, hospital etc.

Small and medium sized four-legged friends are welcome. They must be kept on a leash in common areas but can be left free in the surrounding woods. Pets are not permitted to enter in the dining room.
